Q: What types of lighting products does LuxiaHaus offer?
We specialize in a curated selection of table lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps, and pendant lamps — thoughtfully designed to add warmth, texture, and sophistication to your space.
Q: What are your lamps made of?
We use only premium materials, including Spanish Alabaster, Solid Travertine, Marble, Glass, Metal. Every piece is selected not just for beauty, but for quality and longevity.
Q: What is Alabaster?
Alabaster is a rare, translucent stone with soft veining and a warm glow. Sourced from Spain, it’s prized in high-end interior design for its natural elegance and one-of-a-kind patterns. No two pieces are ever the same.
Q: Will the lamp I receive look exactly like the photo?
Each natural stone lamp features unique veining, texture, and tone. These natural variations are part of what makes your piece special — truly one of a kind.
Q: Are bulbs included?
Yes! We include a free bulb with every lamp so you can set the mood instantly.
Q: Can I request a custom lighting design?
We don’t offer custom designs at this time, but we’re constantly expanding our collection. Follow us on Instagram @luxiahaus or subscribe to our newsletter to get first access to new arrivals.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders. No minimums, no surprises.

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned — international shipping may be available soon.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your LuxiaHaus account to track your delivery status.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Q: What if my lamp arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos. We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.
WARRANTY & QUALITY
Q: Do your lamps come with a warranty?
Yes. All LuxiaHaus products come with a 2-Year Warranty on fixed LED lamps only
(Note: Complimentary bulbs are not covered under warranty.)
